We were founded by practitioners who spent years inside the organisations they now coach, as Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Agile Directors, and Technology Leaders navigating digital transformation in the real world.

We built this firm to be the partner we always wished we had. One that brings digital transformation strategy and agile coaching together, rather than treating them as separate engagements. One that stays through the messy middle, not just the kick-off workshop.

The Organisation

Zenith Education Network is a K-12 group spanning 48 schools across three Indian states, 28,000 students, 1,200+ teaching staff, and a leadership team that believed deeply in the power of education to change lives.

In 2023, they had a problem. The world had changed. Their classrooms had not.

The Transformation Chronology

The problem

COVID revealed the gap. Digital acceleration widened it.

When remote learning became mandatory in 2020, Zenith scrambled, deploying Zoom, Google Classroom, and a new LMS within weeks. Two years later, the tools were paid for. The adoption was not happening.

By 2023, teacher digital confidence was critically low. LMS usage was at 18%. Student engagement scores had dropped. Meanwhile, Zenith's competitors were pulling ahead with interactive digital content, personalised learning paths, and data-driven teaching.

LMS adoption at 18%, teachers uploaded resources but did not use interactive features, gradebooks, or parent communication modules.

Teacher resistance was high, 62% of staff in a baseline survey said they felt "unsupported" during previous technology rollouts. Trust in leadership was fragile.

Siloed decision-making, IT, academic leadership, HR, and school principals were not talking to each other. Every department had a different tool, vendor, and priority.

No transformation metrics, progress was measured by budget spend and training session attendance. Nobody was tracking actual adoption or student impact.
